🧾 Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
2 cups sliced mushrooms (button or cremini work great)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
½ cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese!)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
2 cups cooked pasta (egg noodles or rotini)
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
