Greek Grilled Octopus 🐙🍋🌿

**Ingredients:
- 2 lbs fresh or frozen octopus
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil

**Directions:
1. If using frozen octopus, thaw it completely. Clean and rinse well.
2. In a pot, simmer the octopus in water with a slice of lemon for about 45-60 minutes until tender. Drain and let cool.
3. Cut the octopus into manageable pieces, then toss with olive oil, garlic, oregano, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the octopus for about 3-4 minutes per side until slightly charred.
