Easy Homemade Paleo Crackers with Almond Flour and Flax Seeds ✨🌿

Ingredients:
1 cup (112g) almond flour, finely ground
1/2 cup (70g) flaxseed meal (ground flaxseed)
2 tablespoons whole flax seeds (optional)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 large egg (ensure compatibility with specific Paleo approach if needed)
2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
1-3 tablespoons water (if needed)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, flaxseed meal, whole flax seeds (if using), salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. In a separate small bowl, whisk the egg thoroughly. Stir in the olive oil or avocado oil.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough begins to form. It might seem crumbly at first.
5. Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing well after each addition, only until the dough comes together into a ball that can be rolled out. Be careful not to add too much.
6. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper.
7. Roll the dough out very thinly and evenly, about 1/8 inch (3mm) thick or less.
8. Remove the top parchment sheet. Slide the bottom parchment with the dough onto the baking sheet.
9. Score the dough into desired cracker shapes with a knife or pizza cutter.
10. Bake for 12-16 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the crackers feel firm. Watch closely to prevent burning.
11. Let cool completely on the baking sheet or a wire rack before breaking apart. They will crisp up as they cool.
12. Store in an airtight container.
