Beef & Broccoli Stir-Fry Noodles

Ingredients:

8 oz lo mein or egg noodles
1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
2 cups broccoli florets
1 small carrot, julienned
1/2 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Sauce:

1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix the sauce ingredients together.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add the remaining oil, garlic, onion, broccoli, and carrots. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Return the beef to the pan, add the noodles, and pour in the sauce. Toss everything together until well coated.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot.
