Grilled Chicken Protein Bowl

Ingredients:
1 grilled chicken breast (sliced)
1/2 cup cooked chickpeas
1/2 cup red kidney beans
1/2 avocado (diced)
1/4 cup grilled corn
1/2 cup chopped lettuce or spinach
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
Olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder
Instructions:
Grill Chicken: Season chicken breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Grill until cooked and slice.
Prep Bowl: In a large bowl, arrange chickpeas, red beans, avocado, corn, tomatoes, and greens.
Add Chicken: Place grilled chicken on top.
Drizzle: Add olive oil or a light vinaigrette on top. Enjoy!
