🍗 Creamy Asiago Chicken Skillet 🧄🧀 – Rich, Velvety & Full of Flavor!

Juicy chicken in a silky asiago cheese sauce with garlic and herbs – weeknight dinner magic!

🛒 Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon butter

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup chicken broth (low sodium)

¾ cup shredded Asiago cheese

½ teaspoon dried thyme

½ teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)

👨‍🍳 Directions:
Step 1: Season and Sear Chicken

Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.

Transfer to a plate and set aside.

Step 2: Make the Creamy Sauce

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium.

Add butter and minced garlic; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine.

Add Asiago cheese, thyme, and onion powder. Stir continuously until cheese melts and sauce thickens slightly (about 3–4 minutes).

Step 3: Return Chicken & Simmer

Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over each piece.

Simmer on low for 3–4 minutes until everything is hot and creamy.

Step 4: Garnish and Serve

Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and serve warm with mashed potatoes, pasta, or veggies.
