Cinnamon Roll Mug Cake
Ingredients:
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
3 tbsp milk
1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Topping (optional but delicious):
1/2 tbsp granulated sugar + 1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp melted butter (to drizzle on top)
Quick glaze (optional):
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp milk
Directions:
In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir until smooth and well combined.
In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon sugar topping and sprinkle it over the batter.
Drizzle with a little extra melted butter for that cinnamon roll finish.
Microwave for 60–70 seconds, or until the center is just set (microwaves vary, so check after 60).
Optional: mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over the warm cake.
Let it cool for 1–2 minutes and enjoy straight from the mug!
