Ingredients:
For the Brussels sprouts:
1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the bacon:
1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey

Instructions:
Roast Brussels sprouts: Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy.
Cook bacon: Cook the bacon until crispy and crumble.
