5-Minute Whipped Feta with Honey and Chili Flakes
Ingredients:
8 oz feta cheese (block-style, not crumbled)
3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons olive oil (plus extra for drizzling)
1 tablespoon honey (plus extra for drizzling)
½ teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For serving:
Warm pita bread or crackers
Fresh veggies like cucumber, cherry tomatoes, or bell pepper slices
Instructions:
Blend the feta: In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, honey, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.
Plate the whipped feta: Transfer the whipped feta to a shallow serving dish and use the back of a spoon to create swirls for that extra gourmet touch.
Top it off: Drizzle the whipped feta with more honey and olive oil. Sprinkle chili flakes over the top for a spicy kick.
Serve: Pair with warm pita bread, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping.
