Three-Cheese Tomato Bruschetta Dip
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crostini or toasted bread for serving
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
2. Gently fold in the diced tomatoes, chopped basil, and minced garlic until evenly combined.
3. Add salt and pepper according to your taste preference.
