For the Lamb Koftas:
1 lb ground lamb
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil, for grilling
For the Pomegranate Glaze:
1 cup pomegranate juice
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
For the Mint Yogurt:
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt, to taste

Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix lamb, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
2. Shape the mixture into 12 koftas, molding them around skewers.
3. For the glaze, simmer pomegranate juice, honey, and balsamic vinegar until thickened, about 10 minutes.
4. Whisk together yogurt, mint, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt for the mint yogurt.
5. Grill koftas on medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes per side. Brush with pomegranate glaze during the last 2 minutes.
6. Serve koftas with mint yogurt.
