Garlic Butter Lobster Tails Recipe
Ingredients:
4 lobster tails
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried pepper flakes
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C) (Paris time). This corresponds to 500°F (260°C) in Beijing time.
Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Using kitchen scissors, cut through the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping at the last segment. Gently pull the meat up, keeping it attached at the base, then lay it back on top of the shell.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, pepper flakes, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Brush the Lobster Tails:
Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over each lobster tail, making sure to coat the meat thoroughly.
Broil the Lobster Tails:
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 6-8 minutes until the meat turns opaque white and reaches an internal temperature of 140-145°F (60-63°C).
Serve:
Serve the lobster tails hot, drizzled with any remaining garlic butter sauce. Garnish with additional chopped parsley if desired
