No-Bake Chocolate Mousse Cake

Ingredients:
• 200 g chocolate (dark or semi-sweet)
• 250 ml heavy cream
• 100 g crushed cookies (like graham crackers or digestive)
• 50 g melted butter

Instructions:
1. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a pan to form the base. Chill for 10 minutes.
2. Melt the chocolate and let it cool slightly.
3. Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Fold in the melted chocolate.
4. Pour the mousse over the base and smooth the top.
5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Optional: Decorate with extra whipped cream or chocolate ganache.
