Coffee Caramel Ice Cream
Ingredients:
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 cup whole milk
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 2 tablespoons instant coffee (or espresso powder)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for topping)
• Optional: dark chocolate chunks for garnish
Quick Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, milk, sugar, and instant coffee until the sugar dissolves completely.
2. Stir in the vanilla extract and caramel sauce.
3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions (about 20–25 minutes).
4. Transfer to a container, swirl in extra caramel if desired, and freeze for at least 2 hours.
5. Serve with a drizzle of caramel and chocolate chunks on top.
