π«β¨ Intense chocolate cheesecake - without oven, creamy and addictive!
A chocolate base, a silky filling of cheese and chocolate, and a touch of coffee that elevates it to heaven ... to serve very cold and enjoy without guilt!

For the base:
πͺ 150 g of vanilla cookies (Lincoln type)
π§ 50 g of meter (butter) melted
π¬ 1 CDA of sugar
π« 2 tbsp of bitter cocoa powder
For filling:
π« 400 g of semimargo chocolate
π§ 300 g of cream cheese (homerm or similar)
π¬ 45 g of sugar
β 2 tiles of liquid coffee
π₯ 350 g of milk cream (cream to mount)

1οΈβ£ Base: Crush the cookies (not quite), mix with cocoa, sugar and butter. Press at the base of a removable mold of 20 cm and cool in the refrigerator.
2οΈβ£ Fill:
β€ Found the chocolate (microwave or water bath).
β€ Beat the cream cheese, sugar and coffee until creamy.
β€ Add the tibio melted chocolate with spatula.
β€ Beat the cream until it mount and mix everything gently.
3οΈβ£ Pour on the base, alisa with spatula, cover with film and take 4-6 hours (better all night!).
4οΈβ£ Before serving, decorate with chocolate, ganache, chips or whatever you inspire that day.
