Fried Piña Colada Rings 🍍🥥🔥
Crispy, golden, tropical perfection—these are dangerously good!
Ingredients:
Pineapple rings (fresh or canned)
1/2 cup dark rum (for soaking)
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup shredded coconut
Oil for frying
Dipping Sauce:
1/4 cup cream cheese
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp rum (optional)
Directions:
1. Soak pineapple rings in rum for 1 hour.
2. Dip each ring in flour, then egg, then shredded coconut.
3. Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
4. Mix dipping sauce ingredients until smooth and serve with warm rings!
