Layered No-Bake Twix Cheesecake Delight with Chocolate and Caramel Crunch
Ingredients:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup melted butter
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup caramel sauce
2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1½ cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
Extra caramel and chocolate chips, for garnish
Chopped Twix bars, for topping
Directions:
Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Mix until well combined, then press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust. Place in the refrigerator to chill.
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Fold in the whipped topping until just combined.
Divide the cream cheese mixture into two equal portions. Stir the melted chocolate into one half and the caramel sauce into the other.
Spread the chocolate cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust. Follow with the caramel cheesecake layer, spreading evenly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
Before serving, drizzle with additional caramel, sprinkle with chocolate chips, and top with chopped Twix bars for that signature finish.
