Sweet & Savory Brown Sugar Glazed Pork Chops
Ingredients:
4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and smoked paprika until well combined.
Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and pour the brown sugar glaze over the chops.
Cover the skillet and simmer for 8-10 minutes, flipping chops halfway, until they are cooked through and the glaze has thickened.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with your favorite sides.
