🥩🧀 Philly Cheesesteak Pasta Skillet 🫑🍝

🛒 Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) sirloin or shaved steak, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz (225g) penne or rotini pasta
2 cups beef broth
1 cup milk
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: red pepper flakes or parsley for garnish

👩‍🍳 Directions:

Sauté the Steak & Veggies:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak slices, season with salt & pepper, and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add peppers and onions and sauté until softened. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 more minute.

Cook the Pasta:
Add pasta, beef broth, milk, and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet. Stir well and bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked and most liquid is absorbed.

Bring it Together:
Return steak to the pan, stir in cheese, and let melt into a creamy sauce. Adjust seasoning as needed.

Serve & Enjoy:
Spoon into bowls and top with extra cheese or parsley, if desired!
