Ingredients:
For the Strawberry Syrup:
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
Β½ cup granulated sugar
1 cup water
For the Lemonade Base:
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4β6 lemons)
4 cups cold water
For the Whipped Cream Topping:
Β½ cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
ΒΌ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
Prepare the Strawberry Syrup:
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the chopped strawberries, granulated sugar, and water. Simmer gently for 5β7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves completely and the strawberries soften. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Strain the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, pressing on the solids to extract all the flavorful liquid. Discard the leftover pulp and set the syrup aside.
Mix the Lemonade:
In a large pitcher, whisk together the freshly squeezed lemon juice, cold water, and prepared strawberry syrup until well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding a bit more sugar or a splash of water.
Whip the Cream Topping:
In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Using a hand mixer or whisk, beat the mixture until soft peaks form. Be careful not to overbeatβstop once the cream holds its shape but is still light and airy.
