Ingredients
For Chicken Drumsticks 🍗:
6 chicken drumsticks
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1 tsp paprika 🌶
1/2 tsp garlic powder 🧄
Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
For Potato Wedges 🥔:
3 large potatoes, cut into wedges
2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1 tsp dried oregano 🌿
Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
For Greek Salad 🥗:
1 cucumber, chopped 🥒
2 tomatoes, chopped 🍅
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced 🧅
1/4 cup (60g) feta cheese, crumbled 🧀
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1 tsp lemon juice 🍋
For Coleslaw 🥬:
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 carrot, grated 🥕
1/4 cup (60ml) mayonnaise
1 tsp vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
To Serve 🍽:
Lemon wedges 🍋

Directions
1. Chicken Drumsticks 🍗:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) 🔥. Rub drumsticks with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until fully cooked and golden.
2. Potato Wedges 🥔:
Toss wedges with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bake alongside drumsticks for 30–35 minutes until crispy.
3. Greek Salad 🥗:
Mix cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and feta. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Toss gently.
4. Coleslaw 🥬:
Combine cabbage and carrot. In a small bowl, mix mayo, vinegar, salt, and pepper, then toss with vegetables.
5. To Serve 🍴:
Plate everything and garnish with lemon wedges.
