French Onion Crockpot Roast
Ingredients:
⦁ 3–4 lbs chuck roast
⦁ 2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced
⦁ 3 tbsp jarlic (garlic + jerk?) or fresh minced garlic
⦁ 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
⦁ 1 can Campbell’s French Onion Soup
⦁ 1 can Campbell’s Beef Consommé
⦁ 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix (optional, adds depth!)
⦁ ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
⦁ 2 tbsp Dan-O’s Outlaw Butter Steak Seasoning (divided)
⦁ 2 tbsp Dan-O’s Cheesoning
⦁ Optional: sliced Muenster or Swiss cheese for serving
⦁ Mashed potatoes for serving
Instructions so far:
⦁ Place onions, jarlic, Worcestershire, French onion soup, and beef consommé into crockpot bottom.
⦁ Sprinkle 1 tbsp Outlaw Butter Steak Seasoning and gently stir.
