🧅 Flamiche aux Poireaux (Leek Tart) 🥧

Northern French savory tart with creamy leeks baked in a crisp crust.

Ingredients:
• 1 pie crust
• 3 leeks
• 200 ml cream
• 2 eggs
• 1 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper

Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line tart pan with crust.
2️⃣ Clean and slice leeks, sauté in butter until soft.
3️⃣ In a bowl, mix cream, eggs, salt & pepper.
4️⃣ Spread leeks over crust, pour mixture on top.
5️⃣ Bake 30–35 minutes until golden.
6️⃣ Serve warm with salad.
