So Easy and Delicious Blueberry Crisp
So crunchy and yummy! I love it.
Recipe:
3 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
3 Tbsp sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
3 tbsp water
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup cold butter
Steps:
Place blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and water in a pot on stove top. Then cook until the small amount of liquid thickens, stirring constantly. Pour into 9-inch baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut in butter until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle over blueberry mixture.
Bake at 350°F 25-30 minutes.
