Bacon Ranch Chicken Quesadillas
Ingredients:
- 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 8 large flour tortillas
Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, bacon, and ranch dressing.
2. Place a tortilla on a skillet over medium heat. Add a generous scoop of the chicken mixture to one half of the tortilla.
3. Fold the tortilla in half, covering the chicken mixture.
4. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is crispy and golden brown.
5. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and chicken mixture.
6. Cut each quesadilla into quarters and serve hot.
