Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large casserole dish, add uncooked pasta, diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, zucchini, mushrooms, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
