Ingredients:
• 200g flour
• 100ml rum
• 100g sugar
• 2 eggs
• 5g yeast
• 100ml milk
• 50g butter
• Pinch of salt
• Whipped cream for topping
Instructions:
1️⃣ Dissolve yeast in warm milk, mix with flour, eggs, sugar, and salt. Knead in butter.
2️⃣ Let rise until doubled, fill into greased molds.
3️⃣ Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.
4️⃣ Boil water, sugar, and rum to make syrup.
5️⃣ Soak cooled babas in syrup and top with whipped cream!
