π₯¬ Tuna Salad Lettuce Wraps
A fresh, low-carb, and protein-packed meal that's quick to prepare!
π Ingredients (Serves 2)
For the tuna salad:
1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
2 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
ΒΌ cup red onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
Salt & black pepper to taste
For serving:
4 large Romaine or Butter lettuce leaves
1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
Β½ tomato, sliced
Black olives (optional, for garnish)
π₯£ Instructions
1. Prepare the tuna salad β In a bowl, mix the tuna, mayo/yogurt, mustard, red onion, parsley, salt, and pepper.
2. Assemble the wraps β Place a scoop of tuna salad onto each lettuce leaf.
3. Add sides β Arrange boiled egg slices, tomato slices, and black olives on the plate.
4. Garnish & Serve β Sprinkle with extra parsley and a dash of black pepper.
