🌮 Taco Cupcakes
Mini, cheesy, and packed with taco flavor—these handheld bites are a guaranteed hit! 🧁🔥
🧂 Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 packet taco seasoning
1/4 cup water
1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 package wonton wrappers (about 48)
1/4 cup sour cream (optional, for topping)
1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional, for topping)
👩🍳 Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick spray.
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning, water, and diced tomatoes. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until thickened.
Place a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, pressing down gently.
Add a spoonful of taco meat and a sprinkle of cheese.
Layer another wonton wrapper on top, followed by more meat and cheese.
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until edges are golden and crispy.
Cool slightly, then top with sour cream and green onions if desired.
