Garlic Herb Baked Chicken Thighs 🍗
Ingredients:
8 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the mixture over them, coating well.
4. Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
5. Broil the last 3 minutes for crispy skin, if desired.
