**Ingredients:**
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
- Marinara sauce (optional, for dipping)
**Directions:**
1. **Prepare the Chicken:**
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the shredded chicken to the skillet and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine and heat the chicken through.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
2. **Assemble the Wraps:**
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.
- Evenly divide the shredded mozzarella cheese and the garlic chicken mixture among the tortillas, placing them in the center.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the chicken.
3. **Fold the Wraps:**
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll them up tightly, burrito-style.
4. **Cook the Wraps:**
- Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Brush the wraps lightly with melted butter.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted.
5. **Serve:**
- Garnish the wraps with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve the cheesy garlic chicken wraps hot with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
