Garlic Parmesan Bowtie Pasta with Creamy Beef 🧄🧀

Ingredients:
2 cups bowtie (farfalle) pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
300g (10 oz) ground beef
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp butter
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions:
Cook the bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft.
Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in the ground beef, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked through.
Pour in the beef broth and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add the heavy cream and bring to a gentle boil.
Reduce the heat to low, then stir in butter and Parmesan cheese. Mix until melted and creamy.
Add the cooked pasta and toss until fully coated in the creamy beef sauce.

Serve & Tip:
Sprinkle with extra Parmesan and fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot with garlic bread or a fresh side salad.
💡 For a spicy touch, add a pinch of red chili flakes
