LowCarb Keto Crispy Broccoli Cheese Bites
Ingredients:
3 cups fresh broccoli florets, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Cooking spray or oil for baking
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the chopped broccoli florets and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender. Drain and pat dry with paper towels.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, beaten eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray or brush with oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
