Dutch Oven Crusty Bread
Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
In a bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Add warm water and mix to form a dough.
Knead the dough for 10 minutes and let it rise for 1-2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Place a Dutch oven inside to heat up.
Shape the dough into a round loaf and carefully place it into the hot Dutch oven.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden and crusty.
Let it cool before slicing. Enjoy!
