Refreshing Watermelon Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients (Serves 1–2):
• 2 cups fresh watermelon (cubed, seeds removed)
• 1/2 tablespoon fresh ginger (peeled and grated)
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
• 1/2 cup cold water or ice cubes (adjust for desired thickness)
• Optional: 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (if you want it sweeter)
• Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Quick Preparation:
1. Add watermelon cubes, grated ginger, lemon juice, and cold water or ice cubes into a blender.
2. Blend on high speed until smooth and frothy.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if desired.
4. Pour into a tall glass, garnish with mint, and serve immediately.
