1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp hot sauce (like Louisiana or Frankβs)
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
For Assembly:
4 brioche buns, toasted
4 slices cheddar cheese (or pepper jack for extra heat)
Lettuce leaves
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Fries (for serving)

Prepare the Beef Patty:
Mix ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Form into four patties and cook on a hot skillet or grill over medium-high heat for about 3β4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
