🍓 Strawberry Cheesecake Quesadillas 🧀
Ingredients:
2 large flour tortillas (8–10 inch)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
1 tbsp strawberry jam (optional, for extra sweetness)
1 tbsp butter (for cooking)
Cinnamon sugar (for sprinkling, optional)
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over one tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Arrange strawberry slices on top, then drizzle with strawberry jam if using.
Place the second tortilla on top, pressing gently to seal.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Carefully transfer the quesadilla to the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crisp.
Remove from heat, slice into wedges, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if desired. Serve warm.
