1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
1 cup self-rising flour
Toppings of choice (e.g., everything bagel seasoning, coarse salt, etc.)
Cooking spray (like Pam)
Instructions:
Make the Dough: In a bowl, mix 1 cup of Greek yogurt with 1 cup of self-rising flour until it forms a dough. Add more flour if needed to reach a dough-like consistency.
Shape the Bagels: Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each into a ball, then poke a hole in the center to form a bagel shape. Make the hole larger than you think, as it will shrink slightly during cooking.
Boil the Bagels: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Carefully drop the bagels into the boiling water and cook for 30 seconds on each side. Remove and let them drain
Add Toppings: While the bagels are still wet from boiling, sprinkle your desired toppings (e.g., everything bagel seasoning, coarse salt, etc.) over them.
Air Fry: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
