Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie
Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cream butter and sugars, then mix in eggs and vanilla.
3. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold in chocolate chips.
4. Press dough into a greased skillet or pie dish.
5. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden.
6. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top!
