Lemon and Cardamom Semolina Cake
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups semolina (180g)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour (60g)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/4 cup sugar (50g)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened (120g)
2 large eggs
1/4 cup lemon juice (60ml)
1 tablespoon lemon zest (from 1 lemon)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk (120ml)
Honey Glaze:
1/4 cup honey (60ml)
1 tablespoon lemon juice (15ml)
