🛒 Ingredients:
Crust:
2 cups crushed chocolate graham crackers
6 tbsp melted butter
Cheesecake Filling:
3 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
Topping:
1 1/2 cups shredded sweetened coconut, toasted
1 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Extra caramel & chocolate for drizzle
👩🍳 Directions:
Make the Crust:
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 325°F for 10 minutes. Cool slightly.
Prepare the Filling:
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, then eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla and sour cream. Pour over crust.
Bake It:
Bake at 325°F for 50–55 minutes until center is just set. Cool, then chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
Top it Off:
Toast coconut in a dry pan until golden. Spread caramel sauce over cheesecake, sprinkle coconut, then drizzle with melted chocolate and more caramel.
