For the Sweet Potato:
1 large sweet potato
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp brown sugar
Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
For the Potato Wedges:
2 medium russet potatoes, cut into wedges
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & black pepper, to taste

Prep the Sweet Potato:
Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Pierce the sweet potato with a fork, wrap in foil, and bake for 45β60 minutes until tender. Once done, split open, add butter, brown sugar, and a pinch of cinnamon.
Prep the Potato Wedges:
Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 400Β°F (200Β°C) for 30β35 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
Season the Steak:
Pat the steak dry. Rub with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
SautΓ© the Mushrooms and Onions:
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and onions, season with salt and pepper, and sautΓ© for 8β10 minutes until caramelized. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and set aside.
