Fried Cornbread - Don’t LOSE This Recipe 🫵

Ingredients:
• 2/3 cup cornmeal
• 1/3 cup self-rising flour
• 1/3 cup low-fat buttermilk
• 1 large egg
• 3 tbsp oil for frying (coconut oil or your choice)

👉 Instructions:
Mix cornmeal, flour, buttermilk, and egg until combined. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the skillet and cook until golden on both sides, like pancakes. Remove and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve warm and enjoy!
