Green Tea, Lemon & Ginger Chews

Ingredients:
2 cups green tea, brewed and cooled
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp grated ginger
1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
4 tbsp gelatin powder (or agar-agar for vegan option)
Instructions:
Brew green tea and let it cool slightly.
In a saucepan, combine green tea, lemon juice, grated ginger, and honey. Heat gently.
Slowly whisk in gelatin powder until fully dissolved.
Pour mixture into a silicone mold or a lined tray.
Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until firm.
Slice into cubes and enjoy!
