Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes and Kielbasa
Ingredients
▢3 pounds potatoes sliced thin (peeling is optional)
▢1 small onion sliced
▢2 cloves garlic minced
▢(1) 12 ounce kielbasa ring chopped
▢2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
▢(1) 10.75 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
▢3/4 cup milk
▢1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
▢1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Spray slow cooker pot with nonstick spray.
Add potatoes to the bottom of slow cooker, spreading them out.
Add onions and garlic on top of potatoes.
Add chopped kielbasa to slow cooker.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
In a small bowl mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder and pepper. Pour this mixture into slow cooker on top.
Close lid and cook on HIGH For 3.5 hours or LOW for 7 hours. Serve and enjoy!
