🐙 Insalata di Polpo (Octopus Salad)
A refreshing seafood salad with tender octopus and potatoes, drizzled with lemon and olive oil.
Ingredients:
• 1 octopus, cooked and sliced
• 2 potatoes, boiled and cubed
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Chopped parsley
• Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1️⃣ Boil octopus until tender, then slice.
2️⃣ Mix with boiled potatoes, parsley, and lemon juice.
3️⃣ Drizzle olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
4️⃣ Chill 30 minutes before serving. 🍋
