Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta🍤🧈🧄🍝

Ingredients:
8 oz spaghetti (or linguine)
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Juice of ½ lemon
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain, reserving ½ cup pasta water.
2. Season shrimp with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat.
4. Add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté until fragrant.
6. Return shrimp to the skillet, add drained pasta, Parmesan, lemon juice, and remaining butter. Toss to combine.
7. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed for creaminess.
8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
