Delicious and Crispy Filipino Lumpia Recipe with meat and shrimp
Anotherer recipe to try in making your lumpia or spring rolls. I use ground pork, shrimps and mix vegetables.
Recipe:
1 pound ground meat
1 cup minced shrimp
1 cup diced bell pepper
1 cup diced carrots
1 1/2 cups green onions
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg (raw)
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Wraps:
50 pieces of spring roll wraps
Sealer: water or egg wash
Oil for frying
Steps:
In a large bowl, mix everything together until fully blended.
Prepare the wraps. Scoop 1 tablespoon of filling into the wraps. Fold each wrap, down, and seal on the side. Brush with egg wash to seal. Repeat till done.
To cook: Deep fry in medium heat.
