Toppings
1 cup low-carb marinara sauce (no added sugar)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup grated parmesan
15–20 pepperoni slices
1 tsp dried oregano (optional)
Directions
Cook meat: In a skillet, brown the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Drain excess grease.
Assemble casserole: Spread the cooked beef evenly in a greased baking dish. Pour marinara sauce over the top.
Add cheese: Layer mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan on top of the sauce.
Finish with toppings: Add pepperoni slices and sprinkle oregano for extra flavor.
Bake: Place in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Serve: Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into squares.
