Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I'm a little late with my yearly food blog PSA! 🦃 But it's valid through the holidays and all year round!
As you plan and shop for Turkey day this year, remember that you can support food blogs by searching and making their recipes! If you make something, we love hearing what you thought - even if you didn't like it - it's helpful to let us know why - just don't be mean, we're humans. Also, don't change the whole recipe and rate it 1 star when it doesn't turn out - that's a different recipe 😅
This year especially, PLEASE be careful of selecting AI generated recipes to make your Thanksgiving menu! These have run rampant all year on Facebook and Pinterest and are untested or stolen!
If the recipe is fully written out on social media and the photos look too perfect and polished (usually very detailed with lots of added blur around it) it's AI. If the recipe is written out but the photos look like your Nana shot it with her phone in the yellow light of night in her kitchen - it's probably legit.
Food blogs like mine are small businesses run by REAL people who employ and contract other REAL people (mine helps support 8!) All you have to do to support these businesses and the families who depend on them is visit them and check out all the incredible recipes we developed for all of you to enjoy!
